The thing I love most about this book is River & Sally! Whenever they are together, they bring a smile to my face! I love the best friends to more trope & how they feel like they have always belonged together! I actually enjoyed Sally’s acting even though it’s not something I have read many books about. It’s fun to have a red carpet event in this book! Every girl should get to feel like a princess for a night! One of the more surprising things in this book is the idea of using three words to describe yourself. It really made me consider, like Sally, what words would be used to describe to me. This book is a fun & entertaining YA read that has such a sweet love story. & lets you get to experience the joy of falling in love for the first time again!
This was a great YA read! I love the dynamics between all of the characters. There's minimal drama with lots of heart. It's sweet, kisses only, no cussing and has an HEA.It was a joy to read.
This was a super feel good book loved Sally and River they went through so manny grown up things at such a young age. Highly recommend you read this

World Travelers Don’t Date Rising Stars. I loved this book! It's a sweet story of two teens trying to figure out who they are while falling for each other. KE Strand captures the teenage voice and emotions perfectly. Childhood best friends reconnect after 4 years apart. Sally knows what she wants to do when she grows up, but doesn’t know who she is. River just returned from sailing around the world and is figuring out what he wants to do with his life on land. Unsure of how to move from friendship to something more, these two must work on finding a way into each other’s hearts. This sweet story captured my heart. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean romance book to make you smile.
