Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Standard shipping is dependent on location. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll promptly resolve the issue, typically by sending a replacement at no cost.

Our paperback books and bundles are not signed. We occasionally host book signing events when traveling - check our newsletter and social media for details. If you would like an event in your area, please reach out to us to express interest and we will see if your location is in or near our itinerary.

For international orders, please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
